My starting weight was 142.6 lbs.
I initially didn't have success and then weight started dripping off. How exciting!
I got all the way down to 133.2 lbs and then a series of tragic events (two hospitalizations and my grandmother's death) sent my weight skyrocketing back up.
In a matter of a month I was up to 148.6 lbs.
how depressing.
I know some of you might be saying "But you don't even weigh that much!" or "Who does she think she is, I have a hundred lbs to lose!"
but the point is that I identify with hard weight loss and that I struggle to make healthy decisions.
And, I really want to make healthy decisions.
So, as I've cleaned up my eating a bit, i'm down a pound! Yay! 1 down a bunch more to go!
How have you kept yourself from getting too discouraged by fluctuations? Please tell!
